Hi. This is Maddie. I'm ten years old and I live in Ossett with my mum, my dad, my little sister Ellen and my dog Susie. My hobbies are swimming, horse riding, reading, art, archaeology and playing the tenor horn. In two weeks' time I'm going to South Bend in Indiana, U.S.A. I'm so excited because we're not just going for a summer holiday, we're going for five months!!!!!! I'll write on this blog to tell you all about our adventure!
Hello. I'm Ellen Barraclough. I'm 8. I like annoying my big sister, Maddie. I also like football ('soccer' in America), playing my cornet, art, the computer & animals. I can't wait until school ends so I can go to America, but I hope people will understand how I speak. I'll miss my friends & family in England.
